The Boy?

Horror movies 2016 brings us The Boy. The movie itself wasn't bad if you like to see movies that really get going towards the end. The whole movie basically consists of seeing a lifeless doll that is supposedly alive, but never shows any such sign... Later you learn that the doll was only used as a dummy to portray the real boy that was trapped in the closet. \Needless to say, the real boy trapped, was no longer a boy but a grown man...

The Boy was one of the set of good horror movies to watch in 2016, especially if you like watching movies that take forever to start up. Well this one will literally make you wait until the end to see what's really going on. But when that does happen, you finally realize that this horror movie wasn't all that bad. It was boring but sensible at the same time. What you thought would be some haunted dolls movie, turns out to be something much more realistic and sinister at the same time. But ultimately if you like to see a movie about a doll that doesn't do anything, then this is for you. It's more or less a haunted doll prank...
